Get the most out of your BulkMail account with a one-hour personalised training session. Delivered online via video meeting, our experts guide you step by step through the system — perfect for both new users getting started and existing users needing a refresher.

These sessions are one-to-one, giving you the chance to ask questions in real time and receive personalised guidance based on your business needs. Training is available as an add-on service and can be booked multiple times if required.

What you’ll learn in this session

• Logging in and account management – navigating your dashboard, billing account, and accessing the application.
• List creation and management – building lists, managing subscribers, handling unsubscribes and suppression lists, and searching for users.
• POPIA and GDPR removals – understanding compliance features for data protection and safe email practices.
• Template preparation – using drag-and-drop vs. custom HTML, managing images, and saving custom blocks.
• Campaign setup – adding tracking links, ensuring unsubscribe links are in place, and preparing your mailer for sending.
• Reports and analytics – how to read results, track engagement, and improve deliverability over time.

Training is kept simple, practical, and focused on helping South African SMEs use BulkMail effectively while staying compliant and building stronger campaigns.
